SUBJECT: Permission to prosecute former Sessions Judge V L Achilya, Mumbai, for implicating me in false case leading to my arrest, torture and harassment.
Respected Sir,
Applicant most humbly submits:
1. Vide my complaint dated 1st July 2010, I have already informed your Lordship how Addl Sessions Judge V L Achilya implicated me in a false case while hearing a case in C. R. No 47 of 2004 (later transferred to C.R. No 53 as Case 12 of 2005 under the MPID) which was against a company which duped its depositors of about Rs 1000 crores. (Full copy of complaint attached herewith for ready reference).
2. Even my wife and son were arrested in this false case and our entire family has been undergoing extreme hardship for 5 years now. Besides having spent lakhs of Rupees on legal fees, we have to face the stigma of having been in jail.
3. Further I wish to inform, that according to information received from sources in police, Judge Shri V L Achilya and Sr Police officials were in constant touch with absconding Rs 1000 Crore fraudster Mr Rajkumar Basantani on mobile number 98200 60781. These facts were brought out by an inquiry conducted by the Economic Offences Wing, after I had made a written complaint to DGP Dr Pasricha on 4/5/2005.
4. The EOW refuses to give this inquiry report, through RTI. Maybe you as Chief Justice can get it from them.
5. In view of the above, I most humbly request your Lordship to grant me permission to prosecute the former Addl Sessions Judge V L Achilya, in a appropriate court as per law, for having deliberately implicated me and my family members in a false case.
